Default Little Girl Workout (UPPER BODY)

Hey Guys!
Here is the much anticipated PART 2 of my Little Girl Workout! I hope that you all enjoy it! I think that there are a lot of lifts in here that you have been looking for!!!!

This is the second part of Rachel's lift and carry workout with the absolutely adorable 5 foot tall, 100 lbs Michelle.

This upper body workout has to be seen to be believed! Rachel goes all out as she starts with strict push ups with Michelle lying on her back. She then bench presses her while lying on the floor to a full lock out position! Rachel has no problem performing bicep curls with the petite Michelle.

This video features great transitional lifts as Rachel presses her overhead, lifts her high in the air by her waist, and tosses her like a from one hip to another. It is amazing to see how much air Michelle gets as Rachel maneuvers her with incredible ease!
