It is a beautiful day in sunny Florida, so Rachel and Isabella have decided to put on their bikinis and go outside and practice their lifts just like they did when they were cheerleaders together. They have such a great time laughing and smiling all throughout, while both girls take turns lifting each other.

Liked how you did those single-legged calf-raises and also the funny part where you fell down with the back-to-back lift. Very happy to see that you don't cut out the parts that don't work perfectly as many other producers do.

Thank you so much! I like leaving in the mistakes because they are half of the fun! And anyone who knows lift and carry knows that these things are bound to happen every once and a while. Hehehe! Unfortunately, not all lifts are going to be perfect every single time, but that is half the fun!
