Firstly I lifted her that way "just for fun" to make a good pretext for asking her later to do the same to me. That was my strategy!

It’s essentially more of an intense back lift.

You go behind someone, wrap your arms around their waist making sure to pin their arms at their sides and then you lift them in one motion.
