I will give you a serious answer. Do not wake up mad in the morning.

To say that you should not fight is ridiculous. Similarly it is impossible to never go to bed angry.

The key is not hold onto your anger or frustration. If you can let go of it (whatever it is), even if it takes a day or two, then you can get past most major issues.

Believe me there have been times that I wanted to run away screaming. but I never did.
