You can guess.

I find cradles easier than piggybacks though the latter takes less strength, odd. Also said earlier I tried to cradle a girl with my left arm once it was immensely harder than my main arm. I have very strong shoulders though so for longevity it would be shoulder sits or OTS, strong at backlifts too but that's not a practical way to move people
