Yes and I would go even further to think that there are plenty of women here hiding under their aliases who will never post (for obvious reason(raging male hormones))(they of course had to post in the welcome thread to get in)and the great majority of them are F/F fans.

that's true, males will tell their age, that's why lifted started this thread, if a woman posts in this thread, they will say it's personal or they are 21. at least we know 1 womam posted in this thread.

Here is a topic that can certainly be discussed here and maybe our returning Storm (Welcome back by the way)could answer: Why are woman so reluctant to give their ages while us men say away? Does it have to do with how our brains are different or something?

It's because with each year, a woman gets closer to menopause (at which point they are pretty much useless). Also in general, women are way more obsessed about their looks then men (hence all the tanning, doing their nails, hair salons, shopping, etc). Needless to say, old age is very much correlated with unattractiveness. Women can't handle this nearly as well as men.

Slevin, in all fairness, society treats older women and men differently. This has been true over the ages. Older men may look distinguished Older women are generally just old. Older men may be fertile and capable of having children. Older women are not. This may be the basis for the distinction.
