shoulder rides might be hard/impossible for me to do... I have pre-existing rotator cuff injuries... It's taken me 9 years of rehab to get to the point where I can do 15 lb dumbbell raises.. so I won't take the chance of re-injuring them...

wait,, you mean like on the shoulder for Chicken type lift? I can do that if it is a smaller girl and i have high ceilings
I thought you meant like a cheerleading move, where the girl is sitting up on just one shoulder...

JUST edited the Angel video.. WOW, it's 50 minutes... there are two angles on all the lifts,,,so you get TONS of lifts... front, side, OTS, firemans carry, piggyback...
I might have edited in a few of the lifts more than once.. It kind of got away from me, being such a LONG video.. and having so many back and forth lifts on there.. so you really get a lot of footage....
