This latest clip looks really nice Dave. Since you stopped doing those preview collages that contain snapshots of the entire video, may I ask if this clip contains any of your signature "squeez flexed arms while she lifts you"-moves? And also how long the longest lift is?

On a personal note, I'd also like to thank you for all the content you've brought into our little l&c community over the years - from the Davemeister days and even before that. Cheers to you mate, much appreciated!

Gosh, that's such a nice compliment...made my day! Thanks

It seems with the proliferation of the "next generation" of producers, I sometimes feel like an old relic, so it's nice to know some people still appreciate my contributions. And, the best is yet to come...sincerely, there are some amazing videos that go beyond anything I've yet posted coming in the next few months, so stay tuned.

As for Oksana, the lifts are all longer, including minute plus cradles/bearhugs, 2 minute plus piggybacks (with some bicep flexing/squats and feeling the bicep, etc.) She also does a bodyslam relay, doing probably a dozen plus of those in a row! There's seated and standing cradle carries, outside piggyback and cradle walks, piggyback from the floor starting on her knees, shoulder sitting, and a cradle from the counter to the couch relay challenge. All in all, she's lifting pretty much through the entire video...one of our most lift-centric productions ever.

The funniest thing was that we took her out to lunch for very fattening food and I remember thinking how much harder it would have been to do the shoot after lunch instead of before it

With the main http://www.stronggirlz.com site, as well as http://www.stronggirlz.com/JessieGem and http://www.jencfitness.com it was too much to continue, considering the numbers weren't justifying the effort. That said, I will revisit that at some point when I'm done shooting new content.
