Scenario: Alexis (4'11, weighs in 122.6lbs) Dom (6'0, weighs in 232lbs) - I lift and carry him in several positions. (weigh-in are included in clip)

I know you didn't hold him up for long, Alexis, but that over the shoulder and fireman's carry was amazing strength.
