New Lift and Carry featuring the powerhouse TAYLOR STEELE

Amo and taylor are working out together... Finishing up there push ups
and Amo is shocked of how good of a workout Taylor Does Amo asked if she think she can pick her up and Taylor says yea of course.. She picks her up in a firemans Carry.. Amo Very impressed, but also wants to see if she can pick up taylor the same way. Lift's and Carry's Mainly used in the Very First lift and carry . Both Wrestlers life and Carry each other

Taylor does push up's with amo on her back and Squats w Amo on her back
