I did one on her and she did two on me (OTS) and we each did a cradle.. but when I am lifting a girl that is 170 then it's a lot harder for me than a girl that is under 120.... Two camera setup

shoulder rides might be hard/impossible for me to do... I have pre-existing rotator cuff injuries... It's taken me 9 years of rehab to get to the point where I can do 15 lb dumbbell raises.. so I won't take the chance of re-injuring them...
