Did I miss a requirement for full access?

From the first post of this thread: "make a couple posts (2 or more) in the discussion areas" and "After a couple days then post here in this thread"

Are you using a VPN? Our security systems are showing that you do, and for the initial access request, you can't use a VPN. After you have been given full access, you are free to use any VPN. -dp

Yes, I was using a VPN. I just signed in and quoted this post with it turned off. I'd like to request access again.

Yes, sorry, the VPN was on and there was a reason related with this website.

Now I am writing whilst not using VPN.

Initially, that reason was and still is that this forum seemed/seems to be not working without VPN in my region. How can I access without VPN then? It only seemed that the website did not work, in reality though the website is just VERY slow to boot any page here. This is as much as I could tell.

Still, the problem seems to be solved once the VPN is on anyways, the reason could be anything.

Hope this contributes to the issue and ends the local misunderstanding. Sorry again for the trouble!
