When it comes to my preferences, I don’t strictly lean towards muscular or "normal" women for lifting experiences. I appreciate and find allure in various body types, each bringing a unique dynamic and sensation to the lifting scenario. Muscular women offer a sense of strength and stability that is visually and physically stimulating, providing a clear display of power and control. On the other hand, being lifted by a woman with an average build introduces an element of surprise and subtle dominance, which can be equally enticing.

I prefer a shorter girl. 5'4 or less. With an average to athletic build. Visible muscles but not huge. I already know the body builder would be strong, there's no excitement with that.

Definitely true. Everyone expects a bodybuilding Amazon to be strong. There is no surprise in that. But when lifted by a cute average girl it can be totally unexpected.

I prefer skinny because muscular women feel unnatural to me. Seems like they are trying to do this feels like they practice to do this but when a skinny girl do this it feels like yes girls are strong.

Generally, I'm not a huge fan of the FBB build. I prefer it when the woman surprises me with her strength.
