Why compare them? Sex is very enjoyable and so is lift and carry. Pizza is also enjoyable and so is a burger. If you can get sex then enjoy it. I wouldn't be stopping a woman as she is up for it and say you have 1 more thing to do before we get down to it. Turn around and ill jump on your back.

I think it can be unhealthy, it isn't about thinking about yourself you have to make them happy as well. If its a relationship, you have to remember if they have a bad back by 30 or 40 its game over. No more lift and carry unless you get it else where. Then you must decide if you want to do that or move on. You are probably married and have children by 40 so its a big decision for the sake of a piggyback or shoulder ride.

I enjoy sex as well, but I get a different thrill from it than L&C. I've yet to have the two paths cross. If I ever meet a girl who likes the idea of carrying me to bed for sexy time maybe then I'll know for sure

I like lift and carry vids FAR MORE when there is sex involved. In some instances it's a turn on depending on the scenario but I generally search for vids that contain sexual activity.
