How much I weigh
I weigh 185 pounds at 62 and I am very fit for this height standard. I usually use my height to carry women over my shoulders or on my shoulders to show dominance.

I weigh around 300lbs
To be honest, I'd absolutely love to take part in a L&C session but I'm definitely far too overweight at the minute. My primary reason for wanting to lose weight is actually so I can be lift and carried
