I ballooned up during Covid, but I'm back down to 190lbs. Still a bit more than I'd like, I don't feel fully comfortable, but I'm getting there!

I used to be around 60 kg, but in recent years I hit the gym and became 85kg. Now I think lift and carry is only possible for me if I am as a role of carrier
