If you already have an old account, we recommend that you reactivate that one rather than starting with a new account and no history. Open a thread in the Help Desk forum and we'll take it from there.

Also note that the system will automatically deactivate an a working account if the email address is later changed to an invalid address. It is impossible to have an account without a working email address. -dp

Are you using a VPN? Our security systems do not show your login as from the US, so if you are using a VPN to change your contry, please log in directly from your US internet provider until you have full access.
