You can just record individual lift segments with your cell phone camera, assuming you have one, which nearly everyone does these days. Just set it against the wall or some other convenient object.

It sounds like you're seeing a session wrestler. She might also have a tripod you can use.

The bottom line is, you don't need to record the entire thing, just the individual lift segments.

As another commentator said, memories are fleeting and video is a great way to memorialize the event.
