In your experience, in which countries or among what nationalities, lift and carry is more popular?
I have used regular search engines to search with relevant key words in different languages. In my experience, northern european or nordic countries do not have many lift and carry fans. It seems that this is most popular in India, and the middle east.

My theory is that most of the Asian and south asian men have the fetish of lift and carry because most of them tend to be shorter in height, that's when they may develop a complex around taller/physically stronger girls but the girls find it weird because of conservative culture.
