I did watch the clip and it was indeed very good with the transitions, and the ease she showed doing the lifting. I was hoping to see an overhead lift in it, but that's fine, maybe in your next ones you can do them.

Rachel takes great pride in finding athletic, naturally strong girls to add to her lift and carry talent pool, and the 22 year old Roni more than fits the bill.

Rachel wants to test her newest prot?g? by going lift to lift with her to really test her abilities. Both girls are wearing super hot bikinis and don't hold back as they lift each other in various ways including piggyback rides, fireman's carries, over the shoulder, cradles, front and side straddles, one and two shoulder sits and back to back.

Roni has incredibly strong legs, and adds deep squats to just about every lift she attempts. Even though Rachel is the smaller of the two girls, she shows her new prot?g? that she is still the lift and carry master as she easily tosses Roni around.

Look for more Roni in upcoming clips as she has a bright lift and carry future!

That is definitely possible. It is just a matter of finding the right girls for the job. If I can find a strong short fatter girl that meets our lifting standards, then I can make that happen!:thumbup2:

Thanks so much Slevin for buying the clip and your feedback:D I actually was really hoping she would try the gorilla overhead press in this video as well and did suggest it but it was her first time lifting this male volunteer so I think she was hesitant to try. I do think she could do it with him and I will be make sure she does the next time we shoot!:thumbup1:
