Unfortunately, no OTS in this video. :( Caia was brand new to lift and carry, so I only did the lifts that she felt comfortable doing. I didn't want either one of us to get hurt. But it is definitely a fun video, and a huge change of pace fro what we have produced in the past...:)

Little Girl Lifts Big Girl
 

It's time for the little girl to lift the big girl! At 5'11"', Caia is the largest female volunteer that Rachel has lifted thus far. But, Rachel has absolutely no problem lifting this curvy amazon, with ease!!!

Rachel looks tiny standing next to Caia but easily performs piggyback rides, fireman's carry, airplane rides, front straddles, side staddles, squats, calf raises and more in this video.

Even Caia is amazed at Rachel's strength, as she has never been lifted like this by a male, no less a MUCH smaller female!

Repairman Lift & Carry Surprise (F/M)
 

Rachel is staying at a Hotel and she is dressed and in the mood for a high intensity aerobic workout, but the room is way too hot. She calls for the Hotel Air Conditioning Repairman to come fix it. When he can't find a solution, Rachel decides that the room may be too hot for an aerobic workout, she can still get in a good lift and carry strength training session with the unsuspecting repairman!

Rachel puts him on her back for some donkey calf raises, and then carries him around the room piggyback style before getting in some deep squats. She also performs fireman's carries, over the shoulder, numerous cradles, lapsitting, front and side straddles, shoulder sits and much more.

One thing is for sure with Rachel, whenever there is a lift and carry opportunity, she makes sure she takes advantage!
