I generally like to lift OTS carry and cradle

If I’m getting lifted? A really tight, squeezing, bearhug.

It just feels absolutely fantastic, if done properly.

I had a session almost a year ago with Natalie Steeles. She had me up a front lift, but threw me in the air and then caught me. She did that a few times in a row and it just felt amazing. She was great, very nice person.

I generally like to cradle:D:D:D:D

I prefer piggybacks, front lifts and shoulder rides. The piggyback is my favorite tho.
