I prefer normal women to lift me up because I think it's more impressive if they do it rather than a muscular woman.

Personally, I hate the look of overly muscular women. The only two girls who have carried me were moderately muscular (in the legs) but were quite normal looking when wearing gym attire. I think a balance between both is best.
