Shoulder rides is my favorite way for me to be carried. My second choice would be piggyback rides.

Probably piggyback because it is the easiest for girls to do and how nice it feel. I think cradle is a nice second.

My favourite lifting method is the shoulder ride. Especially when it is a muscular guy on top of a muscular woman.
