My favorite is the cradle carry method. There is nothing as good as cradle carry.

My favorite way to lift and carry a woman is over the shoulder. The only ways I've been lifted by a woman was when I used to do jujitsu and women were able to do the martial arts throws on me. And as mentioned on another thread, a friend of mine to a bear hug lift on me.

I would like to experience being lifted and carried over a woman's shoulder though.

I like side hip carry which is most embarrassing kind of lift and difficult to find videos for.

I've got one from amazon Amanda ! She performed it with so much ease I felt weightless !
