The word is "head" in English
and it doesn't matter how much "head" you have, when it finally disappears it doesn't make any difference (maybe a fraction of a milliimetre) to the beer level because it is froth, mainly bubbles. So the idea that the difference in level is due to the head is ridiculous. I have nothing againsy Germany or Germans, I drive a german car for gods sake, the best car I ever had was a BMW. Germany has a much better record than we do at international football - no problem. Just be objective please. I'm even prepared to admit that German head is better than ours, specially when given by Angela Merkhal.

What I wanted to explain is, that the glasses must be filled to the mark with beer. The head has influence on th level of beer in the glas after some time but this is different form the sort of beer.

To be fair... Beer is much cheaper over there anyways! So either way the Germans are winning.
