Rachel's Lift & Carry Updates

Kaycee is out to prove she is the strongest female lifter, and doesn't hold anything back as she uses Choice to prove her case. Kaycee warms up with a bear hug before beginning a series of squats and calf raises with both one and two legs with Choice on her back. She then put Choice on her hip and spins her all the way around to her body until she is on her back.

Kaycee performs cradles where she throws her into the air and then catches her, lunges, wall squats and even lifts her on her shoulders and actually runs up the stairs! She easily performs multiple gorilla overhead presses with Choice and even walks around the room with Choice raised high overhead. She performs airplane rides, single arm lifts and also wears Choice like a backpack and performs squats on her toes.

One of the great things about this video is also watching how much Choice enjoys being lifted! She actually comes up with some of the challenges for Kaycee, and is so excited when she can do them.

Kaycees Feat of Strength is a wonderful clip. I love so much the strong girl lifting the petite in frontal ways, especially under the elbows. A very nice lift to perform is the under-armpit-front lift from the strong girl; it is difficult, but if the petite is a lightweight, it is possible, maybe over the head!

Kaycee overhead lift with males by any chance?

It's late night in New York City and Rachel Sinclair and Dia Zerva are in a playful mood in their midtown Manhattan hotel room. While most of the other guests are sleeping in their rooms, these rambunctious girls decide to get their lift and carry on! Rachel and Dia take turns giving each other piggyback rides up and down the hall. They both can't help but hold on to each other's boobs during the rides.

They also perform cradles, front straddles, over the shoulders (with excellent up close butt shots), bear hugs, fireman carries and airplane rides. There is always the risk of one of the other guests catching the girls in the hallway but they don't care. They are having way too much fun! There is a lot of playful touching and even some kissing throughout the video as the girls can't help but fondle each other as they lifting one another. Enjoy!
