We use random draws from the top 10/25 pools to avoid having the same people winning every month.

One reason is that it would not be very motivating for other members if only the #1 position was rewarded. It is impossible to reach that position on some types of content (rare content, or content that is not as popular as other types).

Also, Taylor and Rachel would not have donated clips if they all ended up at with the same people.

If you scroll down to the bottom of any page you will see a link that say's contact us click on that and then click on the post in the help desk forum.

It is supposed to look like that, because you can only see your own threads. Simply click the "New Thread" button, and we will reply to your thread.
