I always thought it would be a good game at one of those spring break bars to have pairs of girls compete for longest cradle. One girl would cradle the other until her arms give out, then they switch and the other girl would cradle her until her arms give out. The swap would avoid ringer pairs with a big lifter and tiny liftee. |

I definitely prefer realistic lifts. I like seeing lifts done within the constraints of the human body vs. what can be done beyond.

Before I got exposed to genuine FM lift and carry, I was quite intrigued by watching instances of women lifting heavy objects. It was only later that I figured out why
