realistically:
As a liftee, ots
As a lifter, ots, arm pit lift, crotch lift, overhead lift

fantasy:
as a liftee: Overhead, throat lift, crotch lift, collar lift
As a lifter: see above.

Shoulder ride, piggyback, and cradle are all equally favorable for me
