Lift and carry from girls is great fun for me.Hope more girls come into this.

It just feels great if you're getting lifted, giving up control to someone strong and if you're doing the lifting, it's a sense of strength and control, you're literally holding someone up at your discretion.

I started enjoying lift and carry a long time ago when I would watch college football and see the cheerleaders out on the field and watching the stunts lifting each other . I guess I like seeing that sort of interaction
