When it comes to strength it's no problem to make it like it's done in the clip. She hardly lifts more than perhaps 20-30 kilos with her leg.

Most of my lifters squat over 80 kilo and several of them over 100 or more so they got the muscle for it. But I don't know if they are so keen on putting their foot in my crotch...and I don't know if I'm so keen on it either
