Girls just keep getting stronger. I just did a shoot a couple of days ago with a girl that's 115 lbs, and she did cradles and bearhugs for over a minute and a half each. The two sisters from my newest video, Lets Humble Big Brother are 115 and 120 lbs...same thing, effortless lifts.
