Request Full Forum Access - New and Updated

Why am i not getting access to the forum. Atleast reply. I will not spend my time checking the forum again and again. Also what is the reason. How are you deciding who to give and who not to? I am also fulfiling all the criteria but i dont get access. Why? Even when i posted in the private message i did not get a reply. Why?
