If you do like them, you can follow the r/OtsCarriesInWrestling and/or the r/TortureRacksGalore pages on Reddit; they have a ton of clips. Fireman carries and OHP are included in the former.

I’m a moderator for both those pages u listed. Yes highly recommended for F/F lifts. The torture rack page is fairly new.
