There is zero reason for this request to be in this thread, but he just asking for a story where a woman controls the family.
It's a widespread phenomenon. Some people spin nonsexual things into perverse things because of how THEY perceive things. Such claims falsely label and falsely portray people by twisting what they really intend. This is not limited to the discussions here, as it could be anything from finances to politics.
