Hi Guys

Been meaning to post on here for ages, just not enough hour in the days to catch up with all my admin. Noticed that a few of you where commenting on your favourite lifts.

Personally for me when lifting I guys, I like the firemans, over the shoulder and front cradle lifts. Shoulder ride is cool as long as the guy doesn't panic. Below I have included a video "Beach Lift and Carry" incase you have not seen it.

While I was living in Spain for a few months I filmed the video at Guardamar del segura beach. I did get a few strange looks but I think it turned out well. The guy in the video weighs in at 190lbs, which is roughly my limit for lifts, specially in a session scenario.
