I'm 5ft 6in tall and weigh 82 kgs , therefore I would prefer that the woman is big and strong and also tall. In other words , an Amazon who is proud of her strength, build and happy to demonstrate her abilities in a non aggressive way.
Also a taller woman would have a leverage advantage.

I am 173 cm, and my wife 165 cm. She can piggyback and squat me but not for my lift carry fetish. She doing that for her workout.

However, i rather choose tall girl or same as my height to carry me.

Definitely taller, but even more important is that the girl needs to be thick (glutes and thighs), slim girls don’t do it for me even if they are strong.
