Huge fan of your material brother. This is just a suggestion. When one of the ladies puts u in a torture rack hold you should try laying on your back in more of a limp position as opposed to on your side.

BMiles, trust me, it's easier said than done. I've tried to get in the ideal position, but for a myriad of reasons, such as, the girls capable of it have been too tall to get below my hips prior to lifting (even with me on the couch), to not having enough time to train them, to failing 3 or 4 times and them starting to get discouraged, with me starting to feel pain, to my wife not letting me risk injuring me or a model to...:annoyed:

Anyway, trust me, I love wrestling as much as you and would love to see the perfect backbreaker, but alas, I'm not the athlete I once was...actually never was :lol:
