I think, lapsitting is a nice light version of l&c. Many women have no problems doing it and it‘s a bit More common than l&c. I did that with two Exes of mine and they both enjoyed it. If you are in a relationship you can easily incorporated and as far as my experience goes only very traditional girls would refuse to do it. It can also be a great introduction to l&c to your partner so she might get a better understanding of it. So all in all yes, Lapsitting is great!

We’ve never really talked about it. It’s just something we’ve discovered together. She just knows what gets me going now and doesn’t care. She’s into squats and deadlifts so she is definitely strong. Over the past few years she’s passed me in weight which I actually really like.
