I am (quite a lot!) over 18. I run London Wrestling Studio (http://www.londonwrestlingstudio.co.uk/), we have a couple of wrestlers who are really good at lifting men. It seems a pity that some of our wrestlers, for example Thunder (http://www.londonwrestlingstudio.co.uk/newlws/index.php?pagename=profile&id=7), are not more well known in you lift and carry fans. Thunder is able to do lift and carry sessions with men up to 100kg, you should check her out if you get a chance.
